BACKGROUND

Bluebird Care faced the unique challenge of ensuring employee wellbeing and building an inclusive culture while working with shift-based staff in the demanding healthcare industry. The Director sought guidance on fostering resilience, inclusivity, and wellbeing.

APPROACH

I delivered workshops and leadership coaching to strengthen Bluebird Care’s culture, focusing on mental wellbeing, resilience, and inclusive leadership.

1. Wellbeing and Inclusion Workshops
I facilitated sessions to help staff manage stress, avoid burnout, and maintain a balanced work-life dynamic, all while fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

2. Leadership Coaching for the Director
In addition to team workshops, I coached the Director on how to lead with empathy and inclusivity, ensuring these values became embedded in the company’s leadership style.

3. Sustainable Change Framework
Together, we developed a long-term plan for ongoing wellbeing and inclusion initiatives to ensure the company’s culture would continue to thrive.

RESULTS

• Employee Wellbeing: 30% increase in wellbeing and engagement scores.
• Reduced Turnover: 20% decrease in staff turnover.
